I'll be at the Expo all day tomorrow in Ontario. I'll be teaching all day for Quick Quotes--woohoo!! So if you're going over to Expo, feel free to pop your head in the door and say a quick "hello." I'll be busy promoting Scrapbook Royalty, who also has a booth there! (psssst---it's the booth with the banner I made hanging over it--hehehe).
Make sure you stop by SBR's booth to check out their "Treasures for Charity"--cute embellishments you can buy and 20% of your purchase goes to help charity.
Quick Quotes is getting ready to release a new kit club in mid-November--there are 4 options and the kits all include their "Big Honkin' Canvas" items--gotta love that name! SO make sure you check that out--their booth is right behind SGT's!
And last but not least, you know SGT is representing!! The Good Time Girls are teaching 5 different make n takes over the course of the Expo. Plus there are tons of samples, great deals on tins and Quickutz--you won't want to miss it. And you can't miss the booth--it is the first one on the right as you enter the Expo floor. Sadly, I won't be working the booth but you know the Good Time Girls--they'll take great care of you!
So see you there tomorrow!!

Wildfires--How Can You Help?
Scrapbook Royalty is reaching out to victims of the recent and ongoing wildfires here in Southern California. To find out ways you can help, check out their blog at:

I plan to gather together some supplies I had planned on selling and donate them to the cause instead. Could you imagine losing all of your pictures, all of your supplies, all of the pages you had done? I just cannot fathom it. In 2003 I had to evacuate my apartment due to the Old Fire. It was amazing how few items I was actually able to fit into my car to take with me; my scrapbooks, a bag of clothes, some toys for Katie, my computer tower (no monitor), and a box of important papers. All of my pictures would not fit. My heirloom cedar chest would not fit. Family quilts, and other heirlooms...they just would not fit. None of my supplies would fit. I cannot imagine having to start over with only the items I had in my car--it would be nothing short of devastating. And I got out safely--I feel for those who not only had to leave their homes but who were injured or killed while doing so. They are all in my prayers.
If everyone pitches in just a little, we can make a difference. I'm planning to do everything I can to help out at an event Scrapbook Royalty is planning to benefit those affected by the wildfires.
Be sure to check out Scrapbook Royalty's booth at Scrapbook Expo Ontario this Friday and Saturday to find out more about Scrapbook Royalty's charity work through scrapbooking across the nation. I'll be teaching for Quick Quotes at the Expo all day Saturday and stopping in and out of Scrapbook Royalty's booth--please be sure to say "hello" if you see me!
